Fuel-Based Oil and Gas Inventory (FOG)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The FOG inventory is presented on a 4 km x 4 km lambert conformal conic grid covering the continental US grid. 
Grid attributes are present in the global attributes in each file.

Emissions estimates are provided in netCDF format and projected on the standard NEI continental US model grid. 
Emissions estimates for CO2, CO, NH3, NOX, PM10-PRI, PM25-PRI, SO2 and VOC, and all PM## species are in units of metric tons/hr.
Emission estimates for individual hydrocarbon species (HC##) are in units of moles/hr
Emissions for a given day of week are provided as two separate 12-hour files in UTC time.
