# 3 Parent directories each consist the dataset for the co-located MODIS and CERES data in both the CERES feild of view (FOV; not containing clouds) and the cloud field scale. 
  AllClds- Considering cloud fields of all cloud types with the strict cloud mask of MODIS.
  AllClds_relaxed- Considering cloud fields of all cloud types with the relaxed cloud mask of MODIS. 
  LowClds- Considering cloud fields with cloud tops < 5 km with the strict cloud mask of MODIS.

	# Each parent directory contains the original co-loacted dataset and matrices used for calcualtions and plotting for the paper.
	  Co-locatedData contains matrices per year, basin and month for either solar spectrum (SW) or longwave infrared (LW):
	    FOV scale matrices (rows per cloud field of 200x200 km^2 and columns for single FOV):
	      F- TOA flux; I- braodband radiance; TSM1f- fraction of MODIS pixels (area including PSF) with phi function (eq. 16) > 1; TSM2f- fraction of MODIS pixels (area including PSF) with phi function (eq. 16) > 2; mRHO- mean RHO in FOV; mDFNC- mean distance from nearest cloud in FOV; mTSM- mean phi; meanSumI- mean sum of MODIS radiance along the spectral dimention; VZA- CERES viewing zenith angle; SZA- solar zenith angle; RAA- relative azimuth angle; AODfov- CERES product AOD in FOV; CLRfov- CERES product clear sky fraction in FOV; CLRspecSW- mean radiaince per MODIS channel in pure clear-sky FOVs; CLRspecSW- mean radiaince per MODIS channel in pure clear-sky FOV; MODICLRspec- radiaince per MODIS pixel and channel in pure clear-sky pixels; MODangles- MODIS SZA,VZA,RAA per pixel.
