Daily Summary:

September 23. Monday.
TOPAZ data were collected from about 1037 to 1702 CDT. No flights. Easterly winds and partly cloudy all day with cirrus and fast moving low clouds most of the morning. Low surface O3 (about 18 ppbv) early, increasing to 50 ppbv by noon. Short lived plume with in situ to 70 ppbv followed by 60+ ppbv through most of the afternoon. Winds remained easterly with no Gulf breeze during the measurements.
