Registration

The 9^th IWAQFR 2018 Organizers offer a 2.5 day registration package (7-9 November 2018) at the rate of $300 USD. The preferred method of payment is credit card. Other options may be arranged during registration.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all technical sessions
• Access to poster session and reception (hors d'ouevres and cash bar)
• Daily coffee/tea/bottled water
• Lunch on 7 & 8 November (boxed options selected during registration)

Cancellation / Refund policy:

Cancellation requests received in writing on or before 5 October 2018, 1200 MDT / 1900 UTC will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. After this date and time, there will be no refunds. All requests must be sent by email to IWAQFR 2018 Cancellation.
