Outlook
June 24 - 26, 1999:
With much higher moisture in the region, and a strong 500 mb shortwave trough approaching, chances for showers and thunderstorms look fairly good on Thursday. The MRF model closes this 500 mb low off over the Southeastern US into the weekend, which could mean several days of rain/tstorms here, but this may not occur, so Friday and Saturday look questionable at this time. Stay tuned. Lows: near 70. Highs: 82 to 88.
