Time parameters

Time: Almost all of the LaPorte data is time-aligned to Start_CST, which is 1 minute time resolution in integer seconds. Here are the exceptions.
VOCsGCFID: StartTime_GCFID_CST / StopTime_GCFID_CST
VOCsGCMS: SampleTime_GCMS_CST

Carbon Monoxide measured by IR gas-filter correlation (TECo Model 48s).

Ozone measured using chemiluminescence.
Time: 1 minute averages aligned to Start_CST
