In its continuing effort to improve reporting of safety hazards and concerns in the workplace, the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO) hosts the online Hazard Reporting (HazRep) tool for use by all of NOAA. NOAA currently uses the CD-351 Report of Possible Safety/Health Hazard for workers to report possible hazardous conditions in the workplace. While NOAA will continue to use this valuable tool, we have the online reporting capability to make the process easier and more responsive.
