To provide CSL staff, and colleagues from other organizations, recordings of CSL seminars when they cannot attend sessions at the scheduled time, while also protecting the intellectual property of the speaker.

• CSL seminars are broadcast as a webinar and only recorded with explicit permission from the seminar speaker.
• Recordings will be limited to the speaker's introduction, talk, and brief Q&A session. Any informal discussion after the Q&A will not be recorded.
• Recordings will not be shared or transferred beyond the CSL website. Audio and video of presentation materials will be embedded for native viewing through a web browser.
• Recordings are only retained for six months following the seminar scheduled broadcast. A speaker may share the private link to their recording while it is available.
• A speaker may retain a copy of their recording.
• Any requests for copies of recordings or presentation materials are referred to the seminar speaker.
