Registration

Registration deadline 13 November 2009.

If you are a foreign national without permanent residency, please complete this Foreign National Visitor form then email to iwaqfr@noaa.gov by 13 November 2009 so security can be notified in advance.

Each individual requires a IWAQFR Registration form and payment by check or credit card. Registration is $80.00 per person.

Registration Policies & Information

  • Register by mail or fax (do not email form)
  • Payment must accompany registration
  • Payment may be made by check or credit card
  • Email address is required for confirmation receipts

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Registration fees will be refunded, less a $15 processing fee, if the cancellation request is received in writing (mail, fax, or email) by 5:00 p.m. on 20 November 2009.
  • No refunds will be given after 20 November 2009.
  • You may send someone in your place.
