I serve as the Administrative Officer of the Chemical Sciences Laboratory in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Boulder, Colorado. I manage and direct the budget and administrative staff of the laboratory. I act as Advisor to the Director and staff on all matters pertaining to budget, personnel, acquisitions, grants, and other administrative processes and functions, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of federal regulations, procedures, and policies. Prior to taking on the role of the Administrative Officer for the Chemical Sciences Laboratory, I worked as a Budget Analyst in the Physical Sciences Laboratory, and served for over ten years as a Civilian in the Department of Defense in various budget and administrative positions in Colorado, North Carolina, and Germany.
