Daily Summary:

June 22. Saturday. Clear and relatively calm all day. Fairly clear in the valley as well. The repaired Coherent laser power supply was reinstalled and lidar data was collected from 1358 to 1808 PDT. The preliminary TOPAZ curtain plot shows higher ozone from the surface to about 2000 AGL suggestive of transport from the valley. The in situ measurements increased from 56/103 ppbv at 1116 PDT to 60/109 ppbv at 1322 PDT and 70/112 at 1800 PDT. Note: the low (purple) ozone values seen near the top of the curtain plot near midday are biased by the solar background in these preliminary analyses.
