2011-2014 Platteville O3 Data

Due to the closure of the field site, the ozone monitor at Platteville shut down 29 August 2014.

Ozone data is saved in one minute averages. The one minute data graphs are updated within a few minutes of the time the data is acquired. The data is available for downloading at the end of the day.

Ozone is measured with a Thermo Electron Model 49 UV absorbance monitor. Inlet height is approximately 10 m AGL. Sample air is pulled through 50 feet of 1/4" PFA Teflon and a 1 um, 47 mm diameter, Teflon filter.

The data begin on May 26, 2011, at 1200 MST and will run for approximately four years. Beginning on April 23, 2012, meteorological instruments were added to the Platteville site.

Note: all times are Mountain Standard Time. Add 1hr to convert from MST to MDT.

As of 20141216, all files after April 23, 2012 have been replaced with a more complete set of data from the data acquisition computer. Previously, the files posted were from data sent via UDP which had some drop-outs.
